the booking process

STEP 1: INQUIRE

Fill out my inquiry form or email me directly. You will hear from me within 24 hours. No need to tell me everything in my form, just an overview of what you’re looking for!

STEP 2: SCHEDULE A CALL

Schedule a call - either video or phone call. After landing on a time and day to discuss your special day, our call dives more into detail of who you are, what you’re envisioning, and questions about anything that I have to offer. 

STEP 3: YOU'RE BOOKED!

Once you decide you want to work with me (YAY!), a contract and invoice will be sent to you. You will then hear from me a few months later to chat about an engagement session. Once we are about 2-4 weeks out from your wedding, I plan a timeline call to discuss a more detailed layout of your day. 

STEP 4: GALLERY DELIVERY

Within 48 hours, you will receive previews of your wedding day. Within 5-7 weeks, you will receive a full gallery including your film scans. 

My priority is always quality over quantity. I want your gallery to feel like a complete story—not hundreds of repetitive images just to make the number bigger. If your day is full of little moments worth preserving, you'll see that reflected in your gallery. On average, you will receive at least 450 photos for 8 hours of coverage, where as full day coverage will receive at least 800.

Yes! All my wedding packages include travel fees within the tri-state area. Destination weddings do not include travel or accommodation fees, so please inquire about customized pricing for that.

Once you have locked in your venue, I recommend reaching out as soon as you can to make sure I am available for your date.

 It happens. The forecast shows 90% of rain. For weddings, I plan to always scout locations for both ideal and not ideal weather situations. For sessions, I communicate with you within 2 days of our scheduled session to see if we should go with the weather, or plan a different day.
